Seiden Legal Group, PLLC is a Charlottesville based family law firm guiding clients through divorce, custody, and equitable distribution matters throughout central Virginia. We are growing quickly and are seeking to add to our team an associate attorney with a minimum of three years of strong litigation experience.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of strong litigation experience, preferably with significant exposure to family law.
- First- or second-chair experience with contested matters involving custody, visitation, equitable distribution, and spousal or child support.
- Demonstrated competence in legal research and writing.
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar in good standing.
Additional Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
- Genuine interest in family law, as shown by bar service, publications, presentations, or practice experience.
